Introduction & History
Anzett was previously a part of the Danish group CW Obel. Beginning of 2003, the company was bought by Global Technology Group AS, who consists of local investors. In May 2008, Anzett and Hitec Products united and Anzett became part of BR Industries.
- 1994 – Semco Technology AS was established as the Technology Department of Semco Norge to provide Electro/Hydraulic Systems and Fire Fighting Systems.
- 1996 - Semco Technology AS was established as a separate company.
- 1999 - Semco Technology AS purchase Chemical Injection Services (CIS), who have been a leading supplier of chemical injection systems since 1989.
- 2003 - Semco Technology AS was purchased by local investors and as a result of change of ownership the name was changed to Anzett as.
- 2008 - Anzett and Hitec Products unite and Anzett becomes part of BR Industries.
- 2009 - Anzett and Hitec Products join forces in Fabrikkveien 25, Stavanger Norway.
Anzett AS is located at Forus, just outside the city of Stavanger, which is considered to be the oil capital of Norway. Both design and fabrication are carried out at this location. In addition, the UK Branch office provides sales and engineering support to customers worldwide.
